In order to develop the optimim web site to meet your specific business requirements we need to find out just what they are. We'll pinpoint your web site needs, target audience & design preferences. At this phase we will prepare a detailed cost analysis for your project. A 25% deposit of the proposed costs will be required to proceed to the Design Phase for the web site project.
Incorporating your web site needs, logos, colors and preferences, we'll design web page mock-ups, architecture and a site map. Once we have a mutual understanding of the web site project scope we'll require another 25% deposit to begin web site developement.
This is where the work really begins. We'll continue to work closely with you while we custom design and program your web site. Regular communications will ensure we stay on track to meet your business objectives. Web site refinement and tweaking is common during the development phase of the web site project.
Once you've reviewed and examined your test web site it will be uploaded to a live host. We can assist you in finding a web hosting company that best meets the technical requirements of your site. When launched your web site is available for public viewing. If your web site involved the development of ecommerce or content management we will provide training & full documentation. In addition, we will provide all web site files and images on CD rom. Final payment is due and payable upon deployment of your new web site.
